Jeremy Lee Hinson

HINSON, Jeremy Lee, 42, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025 at his home. He has been with the Army National Guard for the past 17 years and worked in maintenance. Jeremy was an avid Kentucky fan and loved his truck. Jeremy never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He loved his children and was a wonderful father and son. He enjoyed staying busy and mow grass. His daughter, Abby remembers watching Star Wars and scary movies with him like "It" and "Pennywise". She also loved to go swimming with him and they enjoyed the same music. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Ballard; aunt, Linda Foster; uncle, Leo Luckett; and step-son, Ethan Wells. He is survived by his beloved children, Nathaniel and Abigail Hinson; parents, Art and Sheila Grimm; brother, Damon Hinson; Fiancée, Meghan Wells; mother of his children, Amanda Skaggs; step-children, Cassie (Marcus), Bailie (Tyler) and Chase; grandchildren, Evelyn and Clarke; and cousins, April and Allan Hinson. His celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, April 22nd at 10 a.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Monday at Rattermans.
