Jeremy Gary Lorenz

Jeremy Gary Lorenz, 44, of Grosse Ile Michigan, left us on January 9, 2023. Jeremy was born on March 3, 1978 to Gary and Lindy in Trenton, Michigan. After Jeremy graduated from Trenton High School in 1997 he went to Colorado Mountain College in Leadville, Colorado.
In high school he met Danielle Leigh (Munroe) and they were married from 2003-2013. Jeremy became a father in 2003 and their daughter Rylee Erin Lorenz became his best friend and partner in crime. Jeremy and Rylee enjoyed boating, morel and asparagus hunting, waterskiing, traveling to Florida and Colorado and doing anything outdoors. His most cherished memories though, were their long conversations which always included a great meal.
Jeremy was always chasing adventure and the next big fish – which took him to places like Tennessee where he holds the State Perch Record. His adventures also took him to Mexico, Canada, Alaska, Amsterdam, Florida, Ireland and Colorado. As an avid outdoorsman, his favorite place to be was on one of his many boats fishing with his dad, his cousin Eric and the crew of the Aluminum Armada.
Jeremy is already so very missed but his memory will live on through his loving daughter Rylee. His parents Gary (Sonia) Lorenz and Lindy (Mike) Delaney. Grandparents Gena Mae Lorenz and Irene Tinsley. He was loved in life and loved by Amy, Michaela, Anna and Brendan Wroblewski. He will be forever cherished by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends that were considered family.
There is no doubt that Jeremy is in good company up there -- fishing, laughing and dancing like MJ.
