Jerry Earl Croy Jr., age 58, passed away peacefully on April 17 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. He was born on September 14, 1966, to Jerry Earl Croy Sr. and Nellie Jean (Phillips) Croy.
Jerry was a lover of nature. He truly enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hunting and landscaping. He would often be seen manicuring the lawn at the church property and enjoyed helping whoever needed help with beautifying their property. Jerry was always there to lend a hand to make someone’s life a little bit easier.
Surviving is his mother, Nellie “Nell” Jean (Phillips) Croy, 2 sons, Justin Lee Croy, Joshua David Croy, 1 sister, Pamela England – Hall (her husband, Brian “Doc”), and granddaughter, Amelia Croy.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel. 5935 Mulberry Street, Austell, GA 30168, 770-948-2552.
Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until the service time at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Sunrise Gardens of Memories, 11261Veterans Memorial Highway Douglasville, GA 30134.
