Obituary
Jerry "Maxx" Vielhauer Jr, 65, of Albion, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at Stillwater Hospice from complications from a motorcycle accident he had in 2018. Born September 18, 1957 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Jerry Vielhauer Sr. Williamson and Bonnie Jean (Minnick) Vielhauer Williamson.
Maxx attended Elmhurst High School and earned his G.E.D. while in the U.S. Army. He married Evelyn Taylor and they had a daughter, Crystal Tanya. Most of Maxx's work career was being a drywaller with Minnick Drywall and Fisher Decorating. Maxx loved riding motorcycles, especially his Harley Davidson. He also enjoyed golfing, listening to classic rock, and cheering on the Bears. While staying with one of his sisters, in the past few years he even began rooting for the Colts.
Maxx is survived by his father, Jerry Max Williamson; sisters, Cindy Jo Vielhauer, Delores Vielhauer Overman, Candy (Jim) Wilson and Tina (Brian) Chalmers; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Williamson in 2018; infant brother, Jonathen Mathew Vielhauer; niece, Tekia; and nephew, Bradley.
