Beloved son of David and Catherine (nee Wenzel) Kives, loving brother of David Kives, Kirstin Kives, Cameron Kives and Kimberly Kives, loving companion of Savanna Anast, adored grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend of many.
Jesse grew up in Naperville, attended Graham Elementary School, Crone Middle School and was a 2016 graduate of Neuqua Valley High School. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and DePaul University in Chicago and was currently employed as Vice President of Superior Design Build Co., Plainfield, IL and Treasure Island, FL.
Jesse enjoyed playing baseball and football in his younger years. He loved to work out and also enjoyed longboarding, scuba diving, boating, and snowboarding. Jesse's favorite band was Ice Nine Kills.
Jesse will be remembered as "the kindest soul, who always put others before himself."
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, 4:00-8:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill Street, Naperville.
Please attend the celebration of Jesse's life on Thursday, August 8, 1:00 PM at Wheatland Salem United Methodist Church, 1852 95th St., Naperville, IL 60564, (630) 904-1035, with Rev. Dr. Zaki L. Zaki officiating.
Interment: Naperville Cemetery.
