Jesse Sullivan

Jesse Allen Sullivan, age 48, of Woodbridge, VA passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Jesse was born in Prince William County to Steve Sullivan and Jennifer (Eblin) Sullivan on February 17, 1977. He graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1995. He was a veteran who served in Kuwait as a firefighter in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the IUEC local 10 and worked as an elevator mechanic for over 20 years at Otis. After a 7-year engagement, he "finally" married his best friend, Jennifer Wilcox Sullivan, on October 4, 2014 in the town of Occoquan.

Jesse was known for being the life of the party with his adventurous spirit, great sense of humor, infectious laugh, generous heart, and warm smile. He was an avid pet lover whose hobbies included fishing, boating, and bowling.

Jesse is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Winfield and Hilda Sullivan, Patricia "Gammy" Spisso and June Randolph; Stepfather, Richard Greenbaum; Uncles, Hoyt "Hobie" Randolph, Jr., Daniel "Chip" Spisso and; Cousins, Ryan Randolph, Hannah Randolph, and Brandon Reed. His fur babies, Bourkey Bug and Tilly Man.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Jennifer Sullivan; Father Steve Sullivan; Mother Jennifer Greenbaum; Mom Elizabeth (Patrick) Coulson; Daughters, Cristyn Helmick and Alyssa Donovan; Brothers Lee Sullivan, Jack Greenbaum, Conner (Anna) Foxwell; Sisters, Shana Greenbaum, Frankie (Jason), Olivia, and Ava Coulson; Uncles, Marshall Randolph; Larry Sullivan, Sr.; and Aunts, Carol Howard, Debbie Sullivan, and Danielle Hicks; Cousins, Scott Montgomery, Larry Sullivan, Jr., Michael Sullivan, Michelle Macdonald, and Debbie Irwin.
