Jessica Rose Thurman

Jessica Rose Thurman (Dillion) won her 12-year courageous battle with cancer to be with her
Heavenly Father on June 20, 2024. She was born January 21, 1979, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her
parents Edward Joseph Dillion and Rebecca Ann Cryer.
She attended Collinsville schools until the 5 th grade she then went on to Bartlesville schools and
graduated in 1998.
She had many accomplishments and awards, such as Queen of the Jack, purchasing her own
home, as well as her career as a fully licensed insurance agent for State Farm for over 10
years.
Jessie was the life of the party. She brought her vibrant personality and feisty sense of humor
everywhere she went. She loved fishing, golfing, riding motorcycles, hiking, lake bumming,
driving backroads, exploring dive bars, attending concerts, shooting guns, online discourse,
movie nights, and hosting friends and family. Wherever Jessie was there was light. She always
made the days better and the love stronger.
Jessie rejoiced in her important milestones such as the birth of her daughter Josslyn Rose in
2005. Family was everything to Jessie. Although being a single mother was not easy, it was her
biggest joy in life.
She is preceded in death by her Nanny Coleen Dillion, her father Joe Dillion, and her
grandparents Clyde and Joyce Cryer.
Her memory lives on with her daughter Josslyn Rose Thurman, her mother Rebecca Ann Cryer,
her sisters Melissa Crawford (Branch) and her daughter Chelsea Crawford, Amy Haddock
(Branch), her brother-in-law Blu Haddock as well as their children Colbe, Cadyn and Carsyn
Haddock; great niece and nephew Maci and Maverick Haddock, Aunt Angela and her children;
Aunt and Uncle Katie and Tim Hibbs, Unk Earl along with many other cousins, family, and
friends.
