He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymundo and Maria Riojas; and siblings, Richard Riojas, Raymond Riojas, and Ruth Riojas Hernandez.
He is survived by his siblings, Pete Aleman, George Aleman, Rachel Riojas, Carol Riojas, and Roy Riojas. Jessie is also survived by numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Assumption Cemetery.
