My sympathy goes to all the members of the Finley family! Joan was a very special woman. She was a community leader who was always there to help. I was often with her at meetings over the years. I so enjoyed my time with her. Joan had a warmth about her and a smile that was sincere. She was so dedicated to her community and worked continuously to make it a good place to live. Joan was always helping others. Joan and Jack were a team that our community was so lucky to have. Joan loved her family and I know she will always be part of many wonderful memories. She will be missed!
