In Loving Memory of Joan Graebe Flint
Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Faithful Servant of God
It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt gratitude for her life that we announce the passing of Joan Graebe Flint, age 92, who went home to be with the Lord on November 15, 2024 at Arden Courts of King of Prussia. Born on March 16, 1932 in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, "Jay" was a woman of unwavering faith, boundless love, and extraordinary kindness.
"Jay" graduated from Connecticut College in New London Connecticut with a degree in Chemistry. She worked at Smith, Kline, and French Pharmaceutical Company, Philadelphia. She went on to receive a paralegal degree where she worked closely with her husband in his private law firm.
She was a woman of deep faith. She taught us the centrality of Christ in our lives. She taught us of the Savior's love and showed us what it looked like to walk in faith. Jay was a longtime member of Cornerstone Church of Skippack. She was also an avid gardener, and she loved traveling the world.
Jay was a loving and dedicated wife to Daniel Flint, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage. Together, they built a home centered on faith, love, and mutual respect. She is survived by her sons, Boone and Adam Flint; and grandchildren Logan, Skylar, Riley, and Carson Flint. She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Charles Graebe and Ruth Schepers; husband Daniel Waldo Boone Flint, and her youngest son Charlton Graebe Flint.
While we mourn the loss of our dear Mother and Nana, we find comfort in knowing that she is now in the presence of our Savior, rejoicing in eternal peace. We hold on to the hope of the resurrection, and we find peace in the words of 2 Timothy 4:7-8: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
Services will be private, and internment will be at Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick PA.
