SUCAET, Joan Frances (nee: Jacob). March 17, 2023. Age 90. Beloved wife of the late Frank. Loving mother of Gary Sucaet, D.D.S. (Carol), Carolyn Sucaet (Daniel Creger), and Sharon Ramus (Dennis, M.D.). Proud and loving grandmother of Elizabeth Ireland (Mark), Courtney Ramus, Julie Ramus, and Raymond Sucaet. Great-grandmother of Alaina, Aidan, and Nolan Ireland. Dear sister of Pat Gardner (James), the late Bob Jacob, and the late Bud Jacob. Also lovingly survived by two sister-in-laws Joanne and Linda as well as many nieces and nephews. Joan loved life and especially loved being with her family and friends. She had a devout faith and was an active parishioner at St. Anne Catholic Church in Warren for 65 years where she sang in the choir for many years. She enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing Pinochle and was an excellent baker. Joan was proud of her family and loved them deeply. Visitation Monday 4-8pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc., 54880 Van Dyke (at 25 Mile Rd.), Shelby Township. Instate Tuesday 9:30am until time of 10am Mass at St. Kieran Catholic Church, 53600 Mound Rd. (S. of 25 Mile Rd.), Shelby Township. Private interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen are appreciated. Please share memories with the family at their online guestbook at WujekCalcaterra.com
