Jobana is survived by her parents, Jose and Helida; son, Blaze Jesse Hicks of Aubrey, TX; two brothers, Angel and Darey Monreal both of Aubrey, TX; sister, Reyna Monreal of Oceanside, CA; maternal grandparents, Maria Torres of Aubrey, TX and Ruben Vargas Garcia of Aguas Calientes, Mexico; niece, Isabella Perez Monreal of Oceanside, CA; and several aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held 6:00PM-9:00PM, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX. A rosary will be prayed at 10:00AM, Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Pilot Point, TX and the Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am with Deacon Moises Camargo officiating. Interment will follow at Belew Cemetery in Aubrey, TX. Online condolences may be shared at www.slaymemorialfuneralhome.com.
Arrangements are under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial Funeral Center.
