A celebration of life memorial service will be held on June 3, 2023, at the Agape Church of Colmesneil, and an honor guard presentation will be held at Turner Branch Cemetery.
Joey Franklin Dulaney was born on June 7, 1955, in Colmesneil. He served in the Air Force and Air National Guard and worked as a truck driver.
Joey Franklin Dulaney is survived by his brother John Dulaney, his sons Joe Joe Peterson, Patrick Dulaney, Jamie Jones, Joey Harris, Kevin Harris, Bobby Harris, Marshall Harris, his daughter Shawna Harris Brown, Mary Dobbins, his step-children Alex Martin and Katybeth Martin. He is preceded in death by his father Jimmie Franklin Dulaney, his mother Lurlene Stanley Dulaney, and his great-granddaughter Ava Jones.
