He is survived by his wife Kathy McDaniel Boyette of Buford; cousins, Ronnie Allen (Sharon) of Hiawassee, Connie Fulcher of Grayson, Donna Marie Allen of Dahlonega, Susie Higgins (James Nicholson), Logan Allen of Toccoa and Patricia Harris of Collins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Hardley Boyette and Gladys Tootle Boyette, brother, Tommy Boyett, Grandmother, Addie Mae Boyette.
The family will receive friends Saturday June 28, 2025 from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at 4:00 PM at Bill Head Funeral Home Duluth Chapel, with Rev. James Dispain officiating.

He had the most high-arching basketball shot from the corner! The ball seemed to go to the rafters before dropping through the net with barely a ripple. We will always remember his graceful plays. An amazing man, a good friend. So Sorry. Jim Bennewitz and his wife, Laura Hale Bennewitz
