John was such a positive and joyful person. He was definitely a "glass half full" kind of guy. He loved his family, and he loved life and lived it to the fullest. He talked in superlatives, that was the best vacation, the best meal, the most beautiful, etc. We will miss him. Carolyn and Chris Eagan

Mr. Costello: my long-time former employer (along with several members of his family), and the kindest man ever. "JJC" would always take time in the morning to greet me with genuine sincerity and caring. He was forever in a great mood, had twinkling eyes, and was always so thoughtful. The standout memory is how much he loved and talked about his family. He was so gracious and patient with his clients. I could see daily how his wife was nothing less than a star in his eyes. She made a special stained glass window that JJC so proudly installed in his office. He spoke of his family so fondly and acted with great integrity in all that he did. He made his employees feel seen and appreciated. He was almost always the first to arrive and last to leave the office. I admired his strong work ethic and sense of duty. Mr. Costello loved the world and conveyed so much delight through his travel stories. He supported charities not just with money, but his time--which is precious. A truly great, dignified man.

My deep sympathy goes out to the whole family for your great loss. Love is in the memories.
