John Craig Obituary
his residence after a short battle with brain cancer, with his loving wife Mary and other
family members at his side.
He was born January 11, 1954, in Wellston, Ohio, the son of the late Herschel Craig and
Ruth Reynolds Craig Evans. He was an auto mechanic, and enjoyed being outdoors,
gardening, and wood working.
He is survived by his wife Mary, stepchildren Brian Boyer, Scott (Jessie) Boyer and Julie (Jeff) Daugherty,
sisters Sara Jane Barker, Betty Mansperger, Brenda Carrington (Greg King), Shirley (Keith) Sheets,
Joyce Bright; and a brother Ron (Sarah) Reynolds; several nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
Special friends Ross and Laura Harms, Bob and Kris Rose, Ross Pyatt and Donna,
Don Kinsel and Cindy Jones and Dale Kinsel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brothers-in-law Dale Bright, Lonnie Mansperger,
and Don Barker.
Per John's request for cremation only, there will be no visitation or services. A private family
Gathering will be at a later date.
The family gives a Special Thank You to Ohio Health Home Reach Hospice Services.
