The John I knew was not very competitive. But seriously when I first started at UPS and interviewed with John the first if not in the top 3 questions, was do you play softball and what position. He was a great help at work and we had a blast at all games and tournaments. We won some to. One of the biggest wins he enjoyed was beating the Hub teams. He will surely be missed, enjoy your peace John and keep swinging!

John will be missed. My first memory of John was playing football on a Sundays with UPSers in 1987 in Paramus NJ. We played Soccer for him, played softball with and against him in the Morristown days. Always great memories and a great sense of humor. John Horuzy

I'm so sorry to hear about John passing. He was a great Teacher and friend. He made us laugh and we enjoyed working with him. We played softball together and poker a few times. He was big in stature and big in heart.

We mourn with you.

My prayers go out to entire Mach family.
