A Celebration of Life for John A. Perry, 72, of Malone, will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:00PM at the Malone Adult Center. John passed away on Saturday, August 17 at Alice Hyde Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Malone, NY.
He is survived his wife, Christine Perry; his children, George Dudash and his companion Kris Lett, Crystal (Richard) Vachon, Nick (Jillian) Dudash, Amanda (Vince) Cervetti, Natasha Perry, Preslee (Matt) Prue, Shantelle (Josh) Dupra; thirteen grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Black, of Arizona and Janet (Stanley) Napierkowski of Boonville. He is predeceased by his brothers, Robert Perry, Billy Perry, and Tommy Perry; his sisters, Marie Nelson, Jane Mykel, Donna Perry, Margaret Labarge and Nancy Perry.
John was born on August 16, 1952, in Chateaugay, NY, the son of Edward and Irene (Lord) Perry. John married Christine Sanborn in May 31, 1997 in Chateaugay. He graduated from Chateaugay Central School in 1970. John worked at TruStitch in Malone for over 15 years and then he went to work for on the Trombley Farm for 15 years.
John enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, bowling and bowled in a league in Plattsburgh. He especially enjoyed doing diamond painting and scratching lottery tickets. John loved to fish and just being outside working on the farm.
