John William Wilson was born on October 8, 1976, in Cleveland, Texas and passed away at the age of 48 on December 28, 2024, in Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert & Lois Wilson and brother and best friend Scott Wilson.

John is survived by his son Rylan Allen, daughters Katelyn Nuinez (husband Beaux) and Olivia Premorel (husband Tyler), sister Georgia Wilson, grandchildren Kylie Jo, Kohen “Grunt”, Paisley, Levi, Bence, Adam, Colby and Abigael, girlfriend Samantha and her daughter Alexis.

When John wasn't deep in conversation about things he was passionate about, he often loved to throw fajita meat on the grill when the weather was nice. If he wasn't at work you could find him kicked back with a fishing rod in one hand and a cold beer in the other.

He deeply loved his family and was very close to his grandhoodlums, who knew him as pappy. He loved to lecture his children about anything under the sun no matter what time of day it was. He was fascinated by cars and obsessed with trying to fix them even though it only worked out a time or two. Most of the time his kids were to blame for not holding the flashlight at the right angle.

Although some relationships may have been estranged he loved everyone deeply regardless of their current standing. When it came to his kids, John would have done anything to keep a smile on their face. He would give his last dollar if it meant they were taken care of. Times were tough and life was hard, but he loved his family somethin' fierce.

He will be forever missed and in our hearts. Though it was too soon, we will cherish the good memories we were lucky enough to make for the rest of our lives.
