John was the beloved son of the late William Zisa and the late Connie (nee: Calafiore) Zisa. Loving brother of William Zisa and his wife Claire of Fairfield and Jo-Anne Zisa of Fair Lawn. Dear uncle of Gary John Papa, Stephanie Eitner, Tina Marie Williams, Jo Lana Benzacar, Dayna Marie Zisa, William Zisa and Jude Zisa.
Funeral will depart at 9:00am on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., Hawthorne, for a 9:30am funeral mass at St. Anthony R.C. Church. Cremation will be private. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wings For Life, www.wingsforlife.com
