Johnny Davis Moore

Johnny Davis Moore, age 76, was born September 24,1948 and passed away Saturday, July 26,2025 in Jackson. Johnny was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was a manager at Clayton Mobile Homes for 34 years where "The mobile home revolves in the Sky". He was a manager of Babe Ruth Baseball for many years. He is survived by his wife of 52 years; Doris Owens Moore and a son; Jake Moore. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Misty Moore, a son; Jay Moore and his parents; Loy Davis and Willie C. Coffman Moors. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 29 at 2PM at Reed's Chapel with burial to follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 5PM-8PM and Tuesday 12PM until service. In lieu of flowers the family request to make donations to the charity of your choice.
