Jonathan "JL" Divine passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2022, at the age of 50 in Farmington, NM. JL was born on December 18, 1971, in Las Vegas, NM and lived his life in the four corners area. On July 27, 1991, he married his high school sweetheart Tami and had two precious children, Rylee, and Avery. His biggest passion was the oil and gas industry in which he was a loved and well-respected area manager for IKAV Energy and was able to display his outstanding leadership. JL was a devoted and cherished husband and an amazing father. He was an avid sports fan and a lover of the outdoors. His whole world revolved around his beautiful wife and children.
JL is survived by his loving wife, Tami Divine; son Rylee Divine; daughter Avery Divine; parents, Janice, and Marvin Divine; his brothers, JC Diaz (Ronda) and Jeremy Divine (Teddi); his sisters, Season Mills (Ken), Sommar Cole (Chad), and Jasmin Divine (Erik); and his nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his wife's family, who loved and treated him as their own.
A memorial service is scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on December 16, 2022, at the Grace Hill Church on 4400 E Main St, Farmington.
