Joseph Anthony "Joe" Cassell

Joseph "Joe" Anthony Cassell, age 26, was born on November 22, 1998 in Stafford, VA. He went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2025.
Joe graduated from Mountain View High School and obtained an associate's degree in business from Northern Virginia Community College. He began pursuing clinicals for a nursing program and was hoping to become a travel nurse someday. Joe also worked as a Lead Sales Associate at a retail store in Montross, VA. He loved to read and spent many hours at the library, liked working on and making modifications to his van, was always health conscience and enjoyed cooking and eating healthy foods, making bread and pizza, and trying new dishes.
Joe helped his grandpa with workouts in the swimming pool and liked to exercise at the gym. He enjoyed nature and animals and liked taking care of his pets at home. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and loved to sing along with songs on the radio, praising God, and often expressed his desire that "we should tell everyone about Jesus!"
A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
