What a nice guy, so personable & always smiling, greeting you, making interesting conversation with you, and really enjoying your company. That´s my memory of Joe.
He was uplifting to be around, and that bright cheerful energy was infectious !
I´m sad that he left us all too soon.
My deepest condolences Ashley & Stephanie.

One couldn't ask for a better friend. We shared many great moments together and I cherish each and everyone of them. Even the just hanging out times were magical. Glad we got to get together a bit even toward the end to tell you how much you meant to me and our family. You will always be loved and we will miss you dearly. Michael Patitucci

Joe was a good friend growing up in South Philadelphia. Worked with him on Neumann´s school paper "The Rocket". He was a bright and kind person. My condolences to the family. I will keep the family in my prayers.

I met Joe through Montgomery Country Community College. He was always a pillar of strength and knowledge. A classy wonderful friend. Rest in peace dear Joe. You are now with your beautiful wife, Joanne.
