Joseph J. Webb Sr., 78 of Clairton, PA was born December 21,1946 in Connellsville, PA. He was the beloved son of the late Andrew Jefferson and Myrtle Webster Webb.

Joseph attended Clairton High School, where he was a member of the track team; that's where he earned the nickname "Red Radar." Joseph, affectionately known as Jay, was employed at USS Clairton Steel for 34 years. After he retired from there, Jay worked as a security guard at Southwestern Nursing Home.

Joseph was a family man, he absolutely adored his wife, Jana and his two sons, Jay and Justin. He was known to be the comedian of the family, always telling jokes, and he always kept us laughing.

Joseph transitioned from his earthly home on August 13, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Jana, brother, Lesile Webb, and sister, Cynthia Webb Stafford.

Joseph leaves to cherish his memories, sons, Joseph Jr. (Rashida) Webb, and Justin Webb of Clairton; grandchildren, Parrish, Jaleah, Jada, Jordan, Trinity, Justiary, and Syria; great grandchildren, Milonah and Vincent; siblings, Douglas (Marilyn) Webb, Morris (Jennifer) Webb, Thomas Webb, Wilbert (Annetta) Webb, Donna Webb, Marva Ford, Geraldine Webb, Peggy Howze; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
