Joshua Ryan Dickmeyer

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Joshua Ryan Dickmeyer. The son of Stephen Dickmeyer and Linda (Witham) Learned, Josh was born on August 4, 1977, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His journey on this earth came to an end on June 23, 2024, in Hoagland, Indiana, at the age of 46. Josh leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be held close by his family and friends. 

Joshua's dedication and passion for working on vehicles, particularly in painting and repairs, were unmatched. A proud graduate of Manchester High School in 1996, he honed his skills and spent eight years at 14/69 Super Center, where he diligently painted and prepped vehicles to perfection.

The loving memory of Josh Dickmeyer will be forever cherished by his father, Stephen Dickmeyer, North Manchester; brother, Brandon (Amy) Dickmeyer, Fort Wayne; sister, Jena Faye Dickmeyer, Maples; five nephews and one niece. Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Linda L. Learned; step-father, Harold D. Learned; brother, Duane Dickmeyer; and sister, Dawn L. Dickmeyer.

A private graveside will be held to celebrate Josh’s life at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, at a later date. 

The memory of Joshua Ryan Dickmeyer will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and warmth he shared with the world.
