Joshua “Josh” Christopher Chaney, 31 of Elm City passed away Monday.
Josh is survived by his son, Damion Christopher Chaney; father, John Richard Chaney, III, and stepmother, Jennifer Lynn Ruth Chaney; sister, Amanda Mae Chaney; brothers, John Richard Chaney IV, James Martin Chaney and wife, Rose, Justin Michael Chaney, Tyler Richard Chaney, and Jaden Matthew Chaney; paternal grandmother, Martha Ann Chaney; maternal grandparents, Jim and Betty Brosiker; his step-brother, Jonathan Edwin Harris; aunts, Ruth Slyboda, and Sherry Alt, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Lynn Chaney; paternal grandfather, John Richard Chaney, Jr., and his great grandfather, Harry Koch.
