Joyce Sharon (Davis) Cannon, age 80, of New Salisbury, Indiana, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025.

Sharon was born on August 6, 1944, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Joe and Florine (Whitlow) Davis. She graduated from North Central High School in Ramsey, Indiana, with the Class of 1962.

On May 9, 1964, she married the love of her life, Darrell Keith Cannon, Sr. Together, they made their home in New Salisbury, where they shared 61 years of devoted marriage. A dedicated homemaker, Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, nana and a cherished friend to many.

Sharon was a faithful member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Frenchtown, Indiana. She had a passion for shopping and crafting, and she especially delighted in making holidays and special occasions meaningful for her family. Above all, she treasured time spent with her loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Florine Davis, and her sister, Joann Smith.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Darrell Keith Cannon, Sr.; her children, Michael Todd (Stefanie) Cannon, Tammy (Jason) Seitz, Darrell Keith (Kayla) Cannon II, Chad J. (Brandi) Cannon, and Jacque (Billy) Howell; grandchildren, Rachel (Josh) Beard, Dustin (Karrina) Cannon, Bailey (Chris) Koutsoubos, Lexi (Kyle) Seitz, Johnathon Seitz, Aliya Briana Cannon, Chloe Cannon, Eden Harris, Kaelin Harris, Dayton J. (Makkena) Cannon, Dawson Howell, Bradin Howell, and Bella Howell; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Beard, Elliott Glowacki, Miah Cannon, Ridean Hilt, Jax Beard, Sora Fernandez, Parker Cannon, Paisley Cannon, Berkley Koutsoubos, and Emersyn Rose Cannon; and her brother, Daniel Davis.

Family and friends are invited to visitation at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey, Indiana, on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Funeral services will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 7600 Hwy 337 NW, Depauw, Indiana.
