Joyce P. Doran

Joyce "Trina" P. Doran, age 69, of Mantua passed unexpectedly Saturday, May 11, 2024. Known affectionately to most as Trina, she was an educator in the West Deptford School District for over 25 years, where she touched the lives of many students throughout her tenure. Trina enjoyed spending time with her family and granddaughter–in particular going to Great Sacandaga Lake in upstate NY, where she loved taking the boat out on the lake, swimming, laying in the sun surrounded by the calm and relaxing atmosphere, waterskiing, and hanging out by the fire. Trina kept a beautiful garden for many years. She loved reading, attending sporting events and concerts, and going to the beach. One of her favorite activities was to support and watch Brooklynn play sports and perform in band concerts. Trina is predeceased by nurturing parents, Peter and Ladislaus (Laddie) Harow (Rajkowski). Lance Young (Dad in Heaven). Trina is survived by her loving husband, Shane Doran; cherished children, Melissa Doran, Lindsey Doran (Jennifer), and Cody Doran (Jenna), and adored granddaughter, Brooklynn Doran. Doting dogs, Summer and Shemp. Also, by her sisters, Carol Palangi and Lynn Summers, and brother, Peter Harow.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm, with final disposition to be private. In lieu of donations, please share memories, stories and pictures to the family and/or link below.
