Joyce Eblin

Joyce E. Eblin, age 72, joined her late husband, Terry E. Eblin in their heavenly home on Friday, January 30, 2026 at her home.

On June 3, 1953 Joyce was born in Marion, Ohio. The daughter of the late Virgil E. and Sarah (Ferriman) Fox. Joyce attended Marion Harding High School and graduated with the class of 1971. On June, 19, 1971 Joyce married her soulmate, Terry E. Eblin. The loving couple shared 40 marvelous years together.

Joyce was a loving homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family, creating a home filled with comfort, warmth, and unconditional love. Her nurturing spirit did not stop at her own front door; Joyce extended her care to anyone who needed it. Her family fondly recalls that Joyce was always on the move, heading out to lend a helping hand, offer a meal, or simply be there for someone in need.

Joyce found great joy and peace in her garden, where she lovingly tended to her flowers, especially her cherished calla lilies. The garden reflected her creative spirit eye for beauty. One of Joyce's greatest pleasures was feeding people; her kitchen was a place where everyone was welcome, and no one ever left hungry.

Creative by nature, Joyce thoroughly enjoyed crafts, especially sewing and knitting, though she was never shy about trying something new. Whether with her hands in the soil, working on a craft, or caring for those around her, Joyce poured her heart into everything she did.

Above all, Joyce will be remembered for her selflessness, kindness, and the caring way she made the world better for those around her. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the family she loved so deeply, and the countless acts of care she gave so freely

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved daughters: Christine (Sterling) Gibson and Heather (Doug) Kraviec; grandchildren: Joshua (Jasmine) Kraviec, Sara (Joey) Finfrock, Sierra Smith, Lillian (Ryan) Gibson, Jaxon Gibson, and Kendall Gibson; 7 sisters; 1 brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry E. Eblin; and joined in death by her great-granddaughter, Evelyn Harter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to Snyder Funeral Homes to directly assist the family with funeral expenses.

Service are being observed privately by the family.
