Joyce Ann Fisher, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Joyce was a loving wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. She will truly be missed by all the lives she touched.
She was born on March 2, 1949 in Lebanon, Kentucky to William and Nellie (McCarty) Bowman. She is preceded in death by her Father, William Lee Bowman, Mother, Nellie Mae Bowman, Husband, Richard C. Fisher, Siblings, Joseph Bowman, Charlene Simpson, and Thomas Bowman
Joyce is survived by her loving family, Children, William R. Osborne, Jr., Ronald M. (Bridgett) Whaley, Jr., Louis (Tiffany) Jackson, Jr., Tina R. (Sterling) Bowen, and Derrick C. Fisher; Grandchildren, Shavelle Gordon, Kesean Gordon, Bryan Osborne, Brandon Gordon-Whaley, Rumeal Whaley, Trice Whaley, Jaivaughn Jackson, Cameron Jackson, Stevie Bowen, and Sage Bowen; 3 Great-Grandchildren; Siblings, Bonnie (Leslie) Terry, Patrick (Robin) Bowman, Phyllis (Charles) Chopp, Ronnie (Mary Alice) Bowman, and Michael Bowman, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her memory forever.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
