Joyce King Obituary

Joyce retired from the Danville School System. She was a member of Parksville Baptist Church. Joyce enjoyed gardening, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Joyce is survived by her two children: Martin Killen Ingram (Kay Bradtmiller) of Lexington and Michelle King (Joey) Gilbert of Danville along with three grandchildren: Hunter Ingram, Cora Gilbert, and Benjamin Gilbert. Also surviving are her brother, Royce (Christine) Killen, sister, Connie (Keith) Day, both of Stanford, and sister-in-law, Wadie Killen, of Crab Orchard.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Orless, in 2020; her parents, and her siblings, Darice Killen and Janice Killen Farmer.
Per Joyce's wishes, there will be no memorial service. Donations may be made to Heritage Hospice, P.O. Box 1213, Danville, KY 40423 in her memory.
