OWEN, Joyce, 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on February 15, 2025. She was married to Gary Owen. Joyce is survived by her beloved brother, Ricky Bowling; her stepdaughter, Susan Little; and her step-grandchildren, Jake Little, Reilly Little, and Cole Little. She is also survived by her cousins, Phylis Bell and Jo Anne Kennedy; her brother-in-law, Rich Owen, and his children, Richard and Brooke Owen. Joyce attended Newport High School and later earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Thomas More College. She worked as a Business Manager at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Joyce will be deeply missed by her family and friends, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Visitation at MEYER FUNERAL HOME, 5864 Bridgetown Road., on FRIDAY, February 28th, from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Flowers and condolences may be sent at www.bjmeyer.com.
