Juanita is preceded by her parents: Horace and Ettalynn Cummings Butler, husband, Earl Emig (1977), husband Ralph Reece (2012), 1 sister: Aleda Pierce, 2 brothers: Whit Butler and Lyndon Butler, and 1 granddaughter: Nicole Emig. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children: Judy Clark (Ray), Dr. Robert Emig (Karen), and Janet Wender; 8 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm – 8:00 on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Ratterman Brothers, East Louisville (12900 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40243) with additional visitation from 9:00am – 11:00am, Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the funeral home with service to begin at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
