Sharon J. Carter, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025. She was born on October 15, 1944, in Louisville, to Fletcher Eldon Jones and Rosa DeVary Jones.
Sharon Graduated from DuPont Manuel High School in 1963. She worked for LG&E for many years before retiring in 2001.
Sharon lived a simple, meaningful life centered around her love for her family. She will be remembered for her kind heart and the quiet strength she carried throughout her years.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Fletcher and Rosa Jones.
Sharon is survived by her 2 sons, Keith Carter and Brent Carter; 2 granddaughters, Courtney Ann Carter and Megan Carter; and 1 great-granddaughter, Mellie Grace Carter.
A celebration of life for Mrs. Sharon Carter will be held at a later date
