Judith A. Johnston, age 78, of Cleveland, TN, died Friday, July 5, 2024 at the Bradley Health Rehab Center.

Judith was born July 25, 1945, the daughter of the late Lottie and James Patterson.

She is survived by her children Rhonda (Jeff) Holbert of Cleveland, Sherri (Patrick) Strange of Oklahoma, Cathy Cooper of Ohio and Lloyd Shisler of West Virginia; brother James (Jane) Patterson, sister-in-law Edna Patterson; sisters Martha (Bob) Raines, Sally (Charlie) Campbell; several grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Lee Johnston Sr; her son, Ronald Lee Johnston Jr., both of Cleveland; and her brother Dave Patterson.

Judy did upholstery work for years, and enjoyed sewing, camping, fishing, family and watching the Pittsburg Steelers. Judy will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th from 12-2pm, with funeral service starting at 2pm, at the Companion Funeral Home, 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN. Burial will follow at Beaty Cemetery, Freewill Road NW, Cleveland, TN.
