Judith (Judy) Anne Odle, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 at Shiloh Health and Rehab in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on February 13, 1939 in Petrolia, Kansas to Harry Jr. and Ruth Greathouse (Ashbrook).
Judy grew up in the Chanute and Petrolia area, graduating from High School there. After school she met Robert Odle, with whom she married and moved to Wichita, Kansas. They had 2 children together; Brian and Robyn. They eventually all moved to Northwest Arkansas around late 1978 or early 1979, living in a house right off of Beaver Lake in Prairie Creek.
She enjoyed and loved living by the lake; boating and skiing, and loved to cook for everyone. She was a great mother to her two children and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was spunky, lively, positive, but was a horrible driver.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Ruth, her sister; Joyce Trent, her brother-in-law; Kenny Trent, and her former husband and good friend; Robert Odle.
She is survived by her two children; Brian Odle and wife Kathy of Rogers, Arkansas, and Robyn and her husband Doug of Elkins, Arkansas, four grandchildren; Austin Tedford, Ashley Brook Odle, Robert Odle, and Chelsea Blount, and countless friends and relatives, including her niece and nephew Tracy and Kevin of whom she was very fond.
