Judy Wilson Bausch, 82, of State College, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Born November 30, 1942, in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Richard H. and Margaret Lundy Wilson.
On June 27, 1964 she married Cameron Bausch, whom she met at Mansfield University as a Home Economics major, and who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Bausch of State College; two grandchildren, Mia and Samuel Pisano, and a sister, Charli Wilson Jones of Coatesville. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, John Cameron Bausch.
Judy received an associates degree from Mansfield University and worked as a Dietitian Assistant at Mount Nittany Medical Center for a decade and a half, but also spent many years as a homemaker, tending to her family's needs and bringing neighbors, friends, colleagues and friends together with her talents of baking and gourmet cooking.
She was a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church where she volunteered often, leading the sewing and quilting groups, church dinners and participating in numerous charitable outreach.
Judy was a very knowledgeable and talented seamstress, studying garment construction and quilting throughout her life, and created beautiful clothing for her children and grandchildren.
As an avid gardener she found great joy in both her vegetable and flower gardens, cultivating them for many, many years.
A memorial service will be held on April 26th, at 11am at Grace Lutheran Church, 205 S Garner St, State College, PA 16801 with Pastor Carolyn Hetrick officiating.
Burial will be at Graysville Cemetery directly following the service at Graysville Cemetery Rd, Spruce Creek, PA 16683.
