Hurricane, Utah
Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister passed away surrounded by her children and grandchildren after many years of valiant struggles to stay with us here on earth on August 12, 2022.
Julia L Bringhurst was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Harvey Langford and Sylvia Alsop Langford. She spent her youth growing up on the family farm in Erda Utah, west of Salt Lake.
She married Craig R Bringhurst on October 27, 1979 in Spanish Fork Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS temple.
Julie worked as a florist and floral designer most of her life. Flowers were not only her extraordinary talent, but her love in creating beauty for others. Her other artistic skills in painting and crafts were well known by everyone that came in contact with her.
She was loving and kind, preferring to use love with her children and husband to guide them to better lives. Her greatest love in life was her family. She will be greatly missed. Julie suffered many years with Major Depression that her doctor, Frederick Reimherr said would have taken anyone with lesser strength and character. Her faith in the gospel and her consistency in reading her scriptures every day sustained her.
Julie is survived by her husband Craig Bringhurst; Children, Heather (Tyson) Ence, Aaron Bringhurst, Katie R Scott, and Matthew M Bringhurst. 6 grandchildren. Brothers and sisters David Langford, Susan Bosen, Marie Graves and Jenifer Bennion.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Steven Langford and her sister and best friend Renee Langford who she has awaited to be rejoined with.
Funeral services with be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2022 at the Hurricane Chapel, 452 N 2600 W, Hurricane Utah 84737.
Friends and family may call the same day and place at 11:30 a.m. before the funeral service. Interment will be at Hurricane City cemetery, 225 E. 600 N., Hurricane, Utah 84737.
