My name is Jorge Salas and I live in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. I have been in the USA since 1970 and like Julian I was also an Engineer, currently retired.
Julian was my classmate some years in Elementary and High School at the San Jose La Salle Institution in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
I remember him very well and we shared many memorable moments during the years of the 50´s and 60´s.
It is very sad to hear of his passing and for that I want to express my condolences to his wife, children and the rest of the family. Hope that God gives all of you the strength to cope with such an irreparable loss.
I was unknown that he resided in the USA, had I known that, I would have gone to visit him. I have been in the area of Charlotte, North Carolina many times.
May God receive Julian in His Kingdom. Some day I will see you again in Heaven my dear friend.
You excelled in this world in every aspect of your life and God will reward all your good deeds.
May his soul Rest in Peace.
I am attaching a couple of pictures when him and I were in the 2nd year of High School. I am in the top row in the middle next to the cleric, Julian is in the second row on the right side.
If you want to contact me, my email address is [email protected] and my cell number (561) 373-8597.
I have many pictures of him from those years because I kept all my yearsbooks. I will gladly provide them to you in you are interested.
