Julie Lynn Burger (Wagaman), 51, of Hedgesville, WV passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024. Born on October 2, 1972 at Waynesboro Hospital, she was the daughter of Thomas E. Wagaman and Barbara J. Wagaman (Hudson).  She is survived by her husband Todd K. Burger, daughters Alyssa M. Burger (Daulton), Ashley N. Burger, son Todd K. Burger Jr, sister Lisa A. Spangler (Wagaman), brother Michael A. Wagaman, her parents Thomas E. Wagaman and Barbara J. Wagaman, and grandchildren Aleigha I. Rowland and Kamden W. Rowland.  Julie grew up in Waynesboro, PA where she graduated and met the love of her life, Todd from Waynesboro High School. They spent three loving decades together. The three children they brought into the world together were the light of her life. Julie and her family planted their roots in West Virginia where they built the business Todd & Julie’s Place (TJ’s Place). What she thought would just be a business venture turned into giving her an extended family. Julie spent many of her days at the place that brought so much joy to her life, the ballfield. She took pride in watching her children in any sport they played and was always their biggest supporter. Julie made a wonderful impact on anyone who met her no matter where they were from. Her unconditional love made her unforgettable. Family meant everything to her. Julie’s children were her biggest blessing, and she was so proud of every accomplishment they had throughout their lives. Todd and her kids loved and adored her and are going to miss her more than words can describe.  A visitation will be held, Friday, May 17, 2024 from 6-8pm. Services will be held, Saturday May 18, 2024 at 2 pm with burial to follow Both the viewing and services will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home (Hagerstown). A celebration of life will he held after the services and burial at American Legion Post 202.
