Julie Barry Runge, 57, of Sharpsville, PA, passed away peacefully in her home after a long battle with cancer on Monday, September 16th, 2024.
Julie was born on March 21st, 1967, in San Bernardino, CA to William Donald Barry and Nancy Lou Barry. Julie married Michael Alexander Runge in 1999.
Julie enjoyed doing puzzles, collecting figurines, NCIS, Law & order, Charmed and Classic movies. She was obsessed with the wizard of oz and the Grinch.
Julie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Julie is survived by her three children, Joseph (Emily) Runge, of Sharon, PA, Neil (Jamie) Runge, of Omaha, NE and Mary Alice Runge, of Sharpsville, PA; her grandchildren Alivia Stearns-Dean, Michael Runge, and Malcolm Runge; best friend Ric Figaretti of Cranberry, PA; And her five siblings Barbara (Robert) McCarthy of Paxville, SC, Susan (George) Ballance of Jacksonville, FL, Anna (Rich) Cote of Myrtle Beach, SC, Richard (Fran) Barry of Columbia, SC, David (Cathy) Barry of Wedgefield, SC.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother Douglas Barry and a mother figure Eleanor McIntyre.
There will be no services per Julie's request. There will be a celebration of life in March of 2025.
