Binkley Ross Family of Funeral HomesJutta Moravec, age 65, of Marion, IL passed away suddenly in Orlando, FL on November 4, 2025.
She was born on May 11, 1960, to Hubert and Hannelore (nee Sahl) Rausch in Waldaschaff, Germany. She was a dedicated and loving mother, Omi, and friend to all in her world. Jutta’s love for her family and friends never wavered. She was always there with a helping hand and guidance stemming from years of life experience.
She is survived by her daughter Susan (husband, Erich) Woelich of St, Louis, MO, son James (wife Hannah) Moravec of Anna, IL, three grandchildren who were her world, Hayden Moravec, 19, Izzy Moravec, 16, and Kathryn Woelich, 8, Sister Ina Rausch of Madrid, Spain, brother Harald (wife Annerose) Rausch of Hamburg, Germany, and many cousins.
Jutta is proceeded in death by her parents, Hubert and Hannelore Rausch of Waldaschaff, Germany, partner, David Wilson, her late husband, Jim Moravec.
Jutta loved to garden, bake, travel, help others and bring joy to everyone around her and it showed in how she lived her life. Most of all, Jutta cherished spending time with her family and grandkids. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Blue Funeral Home under the direction of Binkley-Ross. A memorial service honoring the life of Jutta Moravec will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Blue Funeral Home, 1704 N Court St., Marion, IL. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with a memorial service immediately following visitation at 6:00 pm.
Memorial donations in her honor may be made to the Promise Mission at 818 W Main St Marion, IL 62959.
