Karl Hofeditz, age 47, of Columbia, Missouri passed away on November 30, 2024. He was born on March 23, 1977, in Webster, TX. Son to Vincent and Jo Ann Hofeditz. He was united in marriage to Jamie Clark on June 16, 2007.
He was a 1995 graduate of Hickman High School and earned his Bachelor of Science, with an Associate in Nursing from Columbia College. Karl most currently was working as a butcher with Principe after switching careers from being a nurse recruiter.
Karl loved all things outdoors; farming, hunting, and especially fishing. He was a dedicated family man; from helping his parents out on the farm, to making it to absolutely every event his daughter was in.
He was survived by his wife and daughter, Jamie and Riley Hofeditz, parents, Vincent and Jo Ann (Coats) Hofeditz, sister, Lisa (Hofeditz) and Tommy Craig, niece, Haley Craig, and aunts, Jean Coats, Jill (Hofeditz) and Chester Drash, Lori (Hofeditz) Bonin. Karl was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Helen Coats, and Calvin and Mary Hofeditz, aunt, Grace (Coats) Tietz and uncle, Robert Bonin.
Visitation will be held at Nilson-Millard in Lake of the Woods, Columbia, from 1:00 to 3:00 on Sunday, December 15, 2024, with a service held shortly after.
