Grief is the most avoided, undesirable, confusing, painful emotion that there is. It carries with it such a heaviness that you just can't sit down. It's not as much a burden that you carry, as it is the one that just sits on you. It's all consuming. There's no escaping it. It impacts you mentally, emotionally, physically, & spiritually. It can keep you awake when you want to go to sleep & it can make you feel like going to sleep in times when you need to be awake. It can cloud your thinking, leading to poor decision making & wildly impacts your mood each and every single day. Happy Heavenly Valentine's Day, My Beautiful Soulmate...Miss you so much

The Moment that you left me my heart Split in two.
One side filled with memories. The other Side died with you.
I often lay awake at night when the world Is fast asleep
And take a walk down memory lane with Tears upon my cheek.
Remembering you is easy. I do it every Day
But missing you is a heartache that never Goes away.
I hold you tightly within my heart
And there you will remain
As my life goes on without you but will Never be the same.

Katie,
Thank you for having such a positive & powerful influence on so many. Your memes and Facebook jail time will be giggled about for a long time but your open & honest writing about your struggles esp the loss of Ryan is what I will keep in my heart. Forever grateful for your friendship, laughs, and tears.
Rest in heavenly peace,

Katie ,
You gave me so many words of encouragement after I lost my son . You also made me laugh so much with your social media posts. You made me cry with your words of faith posts . I can only imagine what your reunion with your Ryan was like the minute you entered Heaven´s gate . You will be missed by so many and you touched so many lives . Thank you Katie . Rest in peace and I´ll see you when I get there .

Katie,
I´m so deeply saddened and sorry to all that love you. You were always so inspiring to me in multiple areas. When we would talk about our commonalities in life it so wholeheartedly helped me to know I´m not alone. I will miss you here on earth, I know you will always be with me

Would you know my name if l saw you in Heaven, would you be the same, if l saw you in Heaven? We must be strong and carry on cause it's too soon for you to be in Heaven. Would you hold my hand, if l saw you in Heaven. Would you help me stand if l saw you in Heaven. I'll find my way through the day and night cause l know you're there in Heaven. Beyond the door there is peace I'm sure and l know you'll have no more tears in there in Heaven. I love you. Terri. Heven

Katie bug, I called her we 1st met 5+ years ago in recovery and became fast friends via social media as well. We went on a retreat together in Oct 2019 and were roommates that weekend. We also were spiritually connected with the loss of our sons, Ryan in May 2020 and my son in March of this year. She and I attended women's meetings together. She was such a force of positivity inmy life as well as others. I'm missing you beyond words each day. I want to extend my deepest condolences to the Boudreau family as a whole. This loss is quite difficult for me. Sending prayers for comfort to all of you.
