Kathryn "Kathy" Modugno

It is with a saddened heart that we announce the passing of Kathryn "Kathy" Modugno. Kathy passed away on Wednesday, April 24, at the Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mount Holly surrounded by her loving family. She was 74.
Kathy was born on July 4th, 1949 in Bucks County Pennsylvania. Her father always told her the nation celebrated her birth with Fireworks. Kathy moved to New Jersey at a young age and started a family.
Kathy was a graduate of Villa Joseph Marie High School in Philadelphia. She was one of the best paralegals in the business and always had a passion for her work. Kathy and her husband John moved to Lumberton, New Jersey in 2004 where they enjoyed being around family and friends. She was a supporter/member of the Mount Holly Elks, and spent time with many friends there during the years. Kathy also loved her garden and being around warm weather and water, whether it be the beach, a pool, or her favorite, home jacuzzi. Kathy's most cherished treasure was her family.
Kathy left us after a hard-fought battle with her illness. She is survived by her husband John; her
brother Jerry and his wife Tish; her three sons Bob, Brian, and Kevin and their wives, and 10
wonderful grandchildren, along with many other loving family members. The fireworks every July 4th will be a constant reminder of her never ending love for us all.
Relatives and Friends may visit with the family on Monday, April 29th from 10am - 12pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Funeral Services will follow at 12pm.
