Ms. Stasney was a native and resident of Baldwin County. She was retired from Central State Hospital and was a member of the former Hardwick Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Mac H. Benson and Lena Mae Broome Benson.
Survivors include her son Kevin Stasney of Milledgeville, two grandchildren Ava and Evan Stasney of Milledgeville, a sister Brenda Land of Augusta.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
Moores Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
