Kathy Andrews

With deepest sorrow, we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved sister, Kathy Ann Andrews on September 3, 2025, at the age of sixty-seven.
Born August 13, 1958, to Jeanne Elizabeth Andrews (Parker) and Augustine Andrews, Sr., Kathy was a devoted sister, aunt, and treasured friend remembered for her kindness, unforgettable smile, and love of family.
Kathy graduated from Plymouth Carver High School, where she was an active member of the marching band and loved baton twirling. After graduation, Kathy moved to Boston to start her career at Stride-Rite and then to work at Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Later in life Kathy moved to Virginia to be closer to her sister, Toni Lopes, and her husband, John, cherishing time with her nephews George and his wife Jessica, Dwayne, and Michael.
Kathy had many passions including a deep love of music and basketball. Whether cheering on her favorite teams or sharing her love of music, especially Rick James and Tina Marie, she brought joy and energy to those around her.
Kathy is survived by her loving sisters Cheryl Santos of Connecticut and Toni & John Lopes of Virginia, her brothers Frank and his wife Kelly, Joel and Joey Andrews of Plymouth, and Jamie Andrews and Gabe and his wife Shelley King of Wareham. She leaves many nieces, nephews, and countless other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her parents Augustine Andrews, Sr and Jeanne Elizabeth Andrews (Parker), her older brother, Augustine Andrews, Jr., and her life and travelling partner Danny Dean.
Memorial services will be held at Cartmell-Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Following the service, please join us to honor and remember the beautiful life of Kathy Ann Andrews. The family warmly invites friends and loved ones to a celebration of Kathy's life. This gathering will be held at the John Alden Sportsman Club, 16 Minuteman Lane, Plymouth, Massachusetts, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Kathy's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
