Kay Sue Owens 71 of Rogers passed away April 12, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born March 6, 1954, in Chester, Arkansas, the daughter of Logan and Louvina Seratt Rigsbee. Kay was a cashier for Walmart and a member of the Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Paul Logan Rigsbee, Carl Wayne Rigsbee and Thelma Stephenson.
She is survived by her husband James Owens, her siblings Betty Booher and husband David of Seligman, Missouri, Ollie Shockley of Rogers, Alfred Rigsbee of Chester, Arkansas, Charles Rigsbee and wife Edith of Rogers, Ray Dale Rigsbee and wife Patsy of Rogers, Joyce Brown and husband James of Decatur, many nieces and nephews.
