July 16, 1961 – February 9, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Keith Allen Barra, who departed this life on February 9, 2025, at the age of 63. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on July 16, 1961, Keith was the beloved son of Patricia Storey and Victor Barra.
Keith was a dedicated Enterprise Solutions Architect, passionate about his work and always eager to collaborate with others. He took great pride in his home, always working to make it a wonderful place for his wife, Dee Barra, and his son, Tim King and their dog Bailey.
A man of kindness and generosity, Keith was always there for others, happy to lend a helping hand in any way he could. He had a deep love for storytelling, often sharing cherished memories and tales with his family. Always smiling, he had a special way of making people feel loved and important. His joy for singing and making people laugh brought warmth and happiness to those around him. Above all, Keith adored his family and made sure they knew how much they were loved.
Keith is survived by his loving wife, Dee; his son, Tim; his mother, Patricia; his sisters, Cathy, Lisa, and Jenny ;and his brothers, Jaime and Victor. He was deeply loved by his extended family and all his wonderful friends, who will forever cherish his memory.
Visitation will be held at Dryer Funeral Home, 101 First St, Holly, MI 48442, on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 2-7 PM. Funeral services will take place at St. Rita Catholic Church, 309 East Maple, Holly, MI 48442, at Noon on Monday, February 17, 2025. Following the service, a luncheon will be held at Villagers Restaurant, 1121 N Saginaw St #7, Holly, MI 48442.
Keith's kindness, laughter, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
